Returns & Refunds

All sales of individual Trading Card Game (TCG) singles are final. Due to the volatile nature of the TCG market, we do not accept returns on single cards once they have been shipped.

Sealed Product: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the product remains factory sealed and undamaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@pittsburgtcg.com within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.

Issues & Damages: If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and its contents so we can make it right.
