How Our Buylist Works:

1. Submit Your List: Fill out the form below. Please group cards by TCG/Set. We currently accept cards valued over $3.00 for singles valuation. Smaller cards are processed as bulk.

2. Receive Your Quote: We will review your list against current TCGPlayer Market values and email you a formal offer within 24–48 hours.

3. Ship or Drop Off: Once approved, pack your cards safely in the exact order submitted. Local drop-offs can be arranged in the Pittsburg area, or you can mail them to us. (Sellers cover shipping costs).

4. Inspection & Payout: Once we physically inspect the cards for authenticity and condition, your payout is issued within 24 hours! If you select Store Credit, a digital gift card will be sent immediately to your email.

Note: If cards arrive in worse condition than listed (e.g., heavily played instead of Near Mint), we will adjust the quote. If you reject the adjusted quote, you must pay return shipping to get the cards back.

🔍 Selling Single Cards ($3.00+ Value):

Have higher-value singles or an entire binder you want to cash out on? We offer premium market rates based on live TCGPlayer Market data:

  • Cash Payout: 60% of TCGPlayer Market Value (Paid via PayPal or secure business check).
  • Store Credit Payout: 75% of TCGPlayer Market Value (Issued instantly as a digital Pittsburg TCG Gift Card!).

⚠️ Bulk Submission Requirements:

  • All bulk must be counted and packed securely in rows/boxes facing the same direction.
  • Do not mix holographic cards or Ultra Rares into your standard common/uncommon bulk boxes; keep them separated so we can pay you the higher rates!
  • No heavily damaged, water-stained, or counterfeit cards accepted. All quotes are subject to final physical inspection.

⚖️ Don't Want to Count? Weigh Your Bulk! If you have a massive collection and want to save time, you don't have to count your bulk by hand. You can estimate your card count by weight using any standard home or shipping scale:

  • 1,000 cards = Approximately 4 pounds.
  • (Example: If your box of Pokémon commons weighs 12 lbs, we will price it as 3,000 cards).
  • Note: If you weigh your bulk, please ensure the weight of the actual cardboard box or container is subtracted from your final total!
